"Speaking is a need, listening is an art" Goethe

-
You are living a period of change, or you would like to change your personal and / or professional situation
-
You may feel that "you are going in circles", with worries, questions that remain unanswered satisfactorily and / or desires, projects that are just waiting to flourish.
-
You do not easily find "someone to talk to": an external person, bound by professional ethics and strict confidentiality, who masters active listening *, benevolent, without judgment, will know how to ask you the right questions and facilitate fluidity of your reflection, to help you to progress
-
You would like to find an interlocutor who accompanies you effectively, who will dare - with tact - to ask you the questions that will make you evolve and allow you to take concrete steps in your development

You would like to find your personal "meaning source",

Why: your aspirational ideal
How: your role, what guides your action
What: what you bring to the world

The first interview is free, it allows you to get to know each other and discuss the progress and objectives of the support

Some principles and rules of coaching

* Active listening is a concept developed from the work of American psychologist Carl Rogers. It is also called benevolent listening. Initially designed to support the expression of emotions, it is operational in face-to-face situations where the professional actively listens to the other. It consists in making it possible to put into words the emotions, feelings, ideas expressed in a tacit or implicit way by the interlocutor. Active listening is finer than reformulation in that it is not limited to saying differently what a person has just expressed, but to decode the generally nonverbalized affective dimension and to facilitate the development of expression. .
